When you joined TrueROAS, you might have encountered the terms "Store Pixel" or "Store URL" either within the app itself or through our Customer Support. But what do these terms actually mean?
The "Store Pixel" or "Store URL" refers to the precise web address (URL) that is linked to your store.
For Shopify Stores
This could be something like "yourstorename.myshopify.com" or even "12a5h.myshopify.com". With Shopify, even if your main store domain is "YourStore.com," you still have a unique store URL set up, which you can find on your dashboard or in your settings. Depending on how your development or setup has been managed, some Shopify stores might possess multiple distinct store URLs.
If you're uncertain about your store's URL, you can locate it within your Shopify admin dashboard or by following the provided instructions.
You can get the URL for your Shopify store, by following these steps:
1. Go to https://www.shopify.com/ and click on the "Log in" link in the top right corner. Enter your credentials to access your Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to the Online Store: From your Shopify admin, click on "Online Store" in the left-hand sidebar.
3. Once you are in the Online Store section, you'll see a preview of your storefront on the right side of the screen. The URL for your Shopify store will be displayed at the top of the preview window, just below the name of your store.
4. From there, you can either highlight and copy the URL directly from the preview window or click on the "Preview" button to open your store in a new tab, and then copy the URL from the address bar of your web browser.
For WooCommerce Stores, Custom Setups, and Third-Party Integrations
In most cases, your store's domain should match your "Store URL" or "Store Pixel". For instance, if your domain is "yourstorename.com", then that's likely your Store URL. Essentially, this is the specific online address where your store exists on the internet. Simple as that! If you’re still not sure about your WooCommerce store URL, you can login to your Wordpress dashboard, go to Settings > General. Your store URL will be listed under WordPress Address(URL) and Site Address (URL) fields.
