How can you ensure that your clients and team members are associated with your organization's account that has an active subscription with TrueROAS?

To ensure proper association, follow these steps:

1. Create a store pixel exclusively using your organization's account that has an active subscription.

2. Grant access to your clients and team members using any of the following methods:

a. Admin Access:

This type of access provides full privileges, allowing individuals to have complete control over all pixels connected to the account, integrate ad accounts, and manage the subscription.

b. Member Access:

This access level enables users to view all the pixels connected to the account. However, they will need to add their ad account integrations to see the data within each pixel's dashboard.

c. Store Access:

With store access, individuals can only view specific pixels connected to the account. Similarly, they will need to add their ad account integrations to access the data within each pixel's dashboard.

Please ensure that you select the desired pixel before generating an invite link for a client or team member to access.

Custom Integration

Before proceeding, inquire with the client whether their custom or third-party platform supports the addition of web hooks for order creation and order updates.

Additionally, request them not to create a TrueROAS account at this stage to prevent access issues. It is important to ensure that the correct account is added to your organization's account.

1. Create a store pixel for your client’s store using your organization’s account that has an active subscription with TrueROAS.

2. Grant them your desired mode of access to your account, we recommend giving them Store Access to limit their access to your organization’s account.

3. You can then generate an invite link that you can share with them. *Note: Please ensure that you select the desired pixel before generating an invite link for a client or team member to access.
   

4. Have them access the link and register their own account as prompted.

5. Ask them to go to: https://app.trueroas.io/integrations/store in order to proceed with the payment. However, advise them not to proceed with the next steps yet, as you need to generate the Script and Webhooks from your end. They can use the instructions as their guide but should refrain from generating anything from their side to avoid potential problems.

6. Log in to your Organization's account and make sure that you select the correct pixel for the client.
   

7. Proceed to steps 2 and 3, and generate the script and webhooks from your end.

8. Send the generated script and webhook to your client, instructing them to add it to the backend of their website.

9. Once your client has added the script and webhook on their end, please reach out to the TrueROAS team via email or via this link http://m.me/trueroas.io

10. We will then manually integrate it on our end and make sure that we establish the connection and monitor everything.

11. At this point, you can proceed to add the necessary ad account integrations on your end and set up the UTMs. This will ensure that the order data is being sent accurately and can be monitored effectively.

12. Once everything is done and we make sure on both of our ends that the data is coming in, you can then let your client add the Ad accounts on their end in order to see the data on their dashboard.
