- Store Owners Plan - This plan includes access for 1 user by default. However, you have the ability to add an unlimited number of user accounts as an add-on. This add-on costs an extra $9 per month or $6 per month(if you’re paying yearly) for each additional user.
Each TrueROAS subscription provides the option for unlimited user accounts.
- Unlimited/Organization Plan - These plans allow you to add an unlimited number of user accounts without any additional charges.
Account Access
Admin - This type of access provides full privileges, allowing individuals to have complete control over all pixels connected to the account, integrate ad accounts, and manage the subscription.
Member - This access level enables users to view all the pixels connected to the account. However, they will need to add their ad account integrations to see the data within each pixel's dashboard.
Store Access - With store access, individuals can only view specific pixels connected to the account. Similarly, they will need to add their ad account integrations to access the data within each pixel's dashboard.
Adding Team Members
- Log-in to your TrueROAS account with active Subscription
- Go to your Settings
- Scroll down to “Team” and select “Add Team Member Account
Please ensure that you select the desired pixel before generating an invite link for a client or team member to access.
