Billing Issues
If you encounter any billing-related issues or have questions about an unexpected charge, difficulty upgrading to Other plans, availing an Add-on, or have questions about your TrueROAS invoice, please send us a message via our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen or directly reach us via email at hello@trueroas.io or through our messenger at m.me/trueroas.io.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your email address associated with your account
- If you’re experiencing an issue with a charge, include the date you were charged for that invoice.
Managing Your TrueROAS Subscription:
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your TrueROAS account, follow these simple steps:
- Login to your TrueROAS account at app.trueroas.io
- Access 'Account & Settings': On the TrueROAS website, locate the sidebar, and click on the "Account & Settings" option.
- Look for ‘Account' section: On the new window, you will find an option called "Billing and Subscriptions." Click on it to proceed.
- Navigate to your Invoices: Once you select "Billing and Subscriptions”, you can select “Invoices” at the top part of the page to manage and navigate your invoices.
- Cancel Plan: On the billing page, you will see an option below that says “Cancel my subscription’. To cancel your plan, select the "Cancel my Subscription" option.
