At the moment, TrueROAS offers direct integration exclusively with Shopify and Woo-commerce stores. However, there's no need to worry, as we provide a solution for integrating third-party stores or even custom-built stores from scratch through our straightforward Custom Integration process.
Please keep in mind that since manual integration is necessary on our backend to ensure seamless connections, a Custom Integration fee starting from $250 will apply. If your store(s) generate more than 2500 orders per month, please reach out to our support team for further guidance on the steps involved. If you’re generating more than 10,000 order volume per month, you might want to consider organization plan.

If your monthly order count is below 2500, you can proceed with the payment using the provided link. Once you click the link, you will be directed to a page where you can finalize the payment by providing your billing information and selecting your preferred payment method. After completing the payment, you can proceed with the next steps found in this page.
FAQ
Does this require technical knowledge?
- This requires the same kind of knowledge as installing the Facebook pixel. However, if your system does not support webhooks, you will need to send a POST request (technical).
How long does it take to setup?
- From when you have integrated the script and the webhook, it usually takes TrueROAS engineers 1-2 days to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Why do you charge an Integration fee?
- Because we need to monitor and make sure all data is correctly inserted into our system. Also, we will map whatever data points your system sends that are missed.
What if it doesn’t work?
- If you do the integration so that TrueROAS receives data, but it's not working still. You can get a full refund. However, if you just don't like it (or similiar reason) we only offer refunds of the monthly fee, not the integraiton fee.
